IRA decommission their weapon (honest)
An aid to General John de Chastelain stands alongside the weapon prior to decommissioning.
The IRA has put all of its weapon beyond use, the head of the arms decommissioning body has said. Mr de Chastelain said that he had personally removed the elastic band and wouldn't be giving it back.

Like the IRA aren't just gonna nip down to WH Smiths or Woolies and buy some kind of value pack of 'lastic bands when they decide to take up arms again.
I mean they must think we are stupid.....I think we should also send a letter home to their mom's and let them know what exactly their boy's have been up to in woodcraft..........yes...indeed
