Interesting opinion, although as we all know, the Batcopter was a fictional device and therefore can't be seriously considered.
I think the deeper debate on this issue revolves around whether one believes the combined talents of Jan-Michael Vincent and Poseidon drowning, Black Hole swallowed, Ernest Borgnine are a match for the ever talent, shark killing, HAL chess playing, Roy Scheider? For me it's just too tough to call.
